Feeding the cows

I have been going with Colton to feed the cows the past couple weeks and I really enjoy it.  I like the cows a whole lot more than the turkeys.  I was actually able to sit by a calf today and pet it!  The calf was born yesterday and it wasn't doing too well today.  It was really weak and didn't want to stand up.  I loved petting it though.  I had been telling Colton for the past two weeks that I wanted to pet one so bad and today I finally had my chance.  Colton thinks we will have to bring the calf in to bottle feed it so that should be fun!
I love when the baby cows lay in the hay.

Arizona for Christmas!

Colton, my Mom, and I headed for Donelle's house Christmas Eve!  We were so indecisive about going because my Mom just got a new job and Colton had to work but I'm glad we decided to go last minute!  I love Arizona and I love being with my family.  I don't seem them very often so I'm glad we had the opportunity to go for Christmas!  We arrived safe and sound and I loved having the whole family on my Mom's side there except for Jake and Alex. (They were going on a cruise, lucky for them!)  Colton had a wonderful time playing kitchen and Bingo with the girls.  He is such a good sport!  But then the boys played football and capture the flag so he was shared between them!  When we got home Colton said he was really going to miss the kids especially Brooklyn because he would call her a little stinker and she would always say eww you're a stinker!  Donelle taught me how to make buttermilk syrup and not sure if that is a good thing or not because it is SO good and I'll want it all the time now!  While we were in Arizona, we went hiking one day and the only thing that Colton and Randy talked about was hunting!  But it sure did get Colton excited.  He wants to go hunting in Arizona now and I told him we can when we move there ;)  We also went to see the temple lights in Mesa.  This is a tradition and I'm glad Colton was there to experience it with me.  We had a wonderful time in AZ and I was very sad to come home.  But hopefully we will be back next Christmas Quinns!  We sure do appreciate everything and we love you!
My cousins excited to open their presents!
