Wedding Day

It has been a few weeks now so I figured it's about time to post about my wedding day.  Can I just say that May 28th was perfect?!  Everything went perfectly and the reception was just how I wanted it!  But by the end, Colton and I were so tired.  We were ready to get out of there!  The reception was only suppose to go till 8 and we didn't leave till 8:45!  So, it was a long day but I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

I am so glad my family from Idaho was able to come and support me and especially grateful my family in Arizona was able to come!  I loved seeing all of them and don't know how everything would have come together without them.  I just know someday I will be returning the favor to all of them!

Newly Weds

I married my best friend, Colton, on May 28th in the Manti, Utah temple.  I am so blessed to have him in my life and so grateful for all my family that was able to come to share this special day with me.  The day was wonderful and everything turned out perfectly!!  We honeymooned in Hawaii and had so much fun.  Neither one of us had been there before so it was a fun vacation for both of us.  We went to the Polynesian Cultural Center one day and had a fun time there.  We saw a lot of things but some of the main things were interesting dances (we even learned a dance), saw a man climb a coconut tree, and went into houses of some of the King and Queens.  We also went to Hanauma Bay one day and went snorkeling with fish.  This was really fun and exciting, the fish were so close to us!  I wasn't ready to come home but I guess most vacations are like that, you never want to go home!  But, this vacation was a blast and a great start to a new beginning!

Now, back to reality.  No more laying on the beach, daydreaming, and soaking up the sun!  We are living in Moroni Utah right now with Colton's parents.  I never thought I would ever be in a small turkey farming town but, I am now and don't mind it (at least most days).  Being from a big city this is definitely a change but it's a good one!  I just get a little deprived of seeing the mall every once in a while but the closest one is only an hour away.  So I guess that isn't too bad!  I just started a CNA class yesterday to fill up my time since I do not have a job right now.  I am going to school to be an RN so I decided I better get my CNA done.  Then I will hopefully find a job so I can be working the rest of this summer!  I am so happy and excited for this new chapter in my life and am so thrilled to see what the future has in store for us!
